Reduce barriers for people with lived experience of the justice system.

Use proportionate EDI data with privacy safeguards; equality impact where appropriate.

EDI & bystander training (with criminal-justice context).

Review

Annual objectives and reporting to trustees. (EHRC Equality Act and PSED guidance; Positive Action guidance.)
